Winners of the 2025 Academic Managerial Championships Announced!

It was two days full of tension, intense decision-making, and fierce competition to earn the title of the best academic managers in Poland! On May 21–22, 2025, the long-awaited final of the Academic Managerial Championships (AMM)—the most important competition in the country combining theory with real-world business practice—took place during the prestigious Carpathian Startup Fest in Jasionka near Rzeszów.

Final of the Academic Managerial Championships

After six weeks of eliminations and strategic challenges, it was time for the decisive showdown. The top ten teams from across Poland came face to face for the first time—not in a virtual space, but in a single room under the watchful eyes of mentors, partners, and business experts. Over six decision-making rounds based on an advanced simulation of a digital marketing agency, participants battled not just for victory, but also for prestige that could open doors to a major career.

Tension rose with each round, and every decision could determine success or failure. The atmosphere was filled with focus, determination, and… excitement—because the stakes were not only the title, but also real money and future career opportunities.

Winners

This year’s edition will go down in history. A record-breaking 900 students from 108 higher education institutions, supported by nearly 300 lecturers, signed up—numbers that highlight the growing prestige of AMM as one of the top academic events in the country.

From the ten finalist teams, those who demonstrated the highest level of knowledge, collaboration, and managerial skill claimed the podium.
