Is it possible to use simulations before deciding about the training?
Yes. You need to schedule a demo meeting, during which our expert will present simulations to you and will suggest various forms, lengths and scopes of training sessions.
Are trainings conducted only onsite?
No. Trainings can be organized both onsite and online.
How much time do you need for the training?
It depends 🙂 The training can last 1 full day, for example, but it can also be stretched over a longer period of time, like 1 month. If time of the training is stretched over 1 month, each participant receives a schedule of rounds with deadlines for submitting decisions.
If, for instance, as part of the training participants have 4 decision rounds to go through, and for each round they have 1 week, it means that they should allocate some time during the week to make and then submit decisions in the simulation.
Do we work individually during the training or do we work as a team?
Depending on what the needs are, during the training with simulations participants can work either individually or in a team. Most of the training participants work in teams of 3 to 5 people.
