Would you like to organize
a training different than all other trainings?
How does the business simulation training look like?
The training is conducted with the use of Business Simulation Games
At first we determine the needs of your company and verify the knowledge your employees already have about the topic. Then, we adjust the programme to provide them with crucial competences.
After that, according to a previously arranged schedule, we conduct the training with our Instructor. Thanks to using Business Simulation Games, participants compete with each other on a virtual market and gain practical business experience. What is more, everyone receives a certificate of participation. The trainings are organized in the form of closed meetings, either online or onsite.

What do participants say about trainings with business simulations?
I think the very idea of creating such a game was very good. Simulations are useful in checking and developing our organizational and management skills. I think that the company can successfully think about introducing more types of simulated enterprises.
I am impressed by the quality of the solution, its price, customer service and good cooperation atmosphere. If the company will keep it up, there will be no competition for them on the market!
Gamification and teamwork in decision making is a good idea for team integration. In the current situation (remote contact with colleagues from work), solving problems together and presenting your “pros” and “cons” of a certain decision to your team members is probably one of the best ways of getting to know other people.

Frequently Asked Questions
This is where you will find answers to all frequently asked questions about the trainings.
Is it possible to use simulations before deciding about the training?
Yes. You need to schedule a demo meeting, during which our expert will present simulations to you and will suggest various forms, lengths and scopes of training sessions.
Are trainings conducted only onsite?
No. Trainings can be organized both onsite and online.
How much time do you need for the training?
It depends 🙂 The training can last 1 full day, for example, but it can also be stretched over a longer period of time, like 1 month. If time of the training is stretched over 1 month, each participant receives a schedule of rounds with deadlines for submitting decisions.
If, for instance, as part of the training participants have 4 decision rounds to go through, and for each round they have 1 week, it means that they should allocate some time during the week to make and then submit decisions in the simulation.
Do we work individually during the training or do we work as a team?
Depending on what the needs are, during the training with simulations participants can work either individually or in a team. Most of the training participants work in teams of 3 to 5 people.
