Newsletter Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using and subscribing to the Newsletter.
2. The Newsletter is a free service provided electronically by the Provider – REVAS sp. z o.o.
3. The Newsletter is primarily addressed to teachers, lecturers, and other individuals interested in the Provider’s services, as well as the competitions, webinars, workshops, and training sessions it organizes, and in education related to entrepreneurship, business, economics, digital education, and practical teaching methods.
4. The purpose of the Newsletter is to deliver educational and industry-related content, in particular materials and ideas for classroom use, information on entrepreneurship, business, and economics, as well as information about training sessions, webinars, competitions, events, products, and services offered by the Provider.

2. Definitions

1. Provider – Revas sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Rzeszów, at ul. W. Romańczuka 3, 35-302 Rzeszów, Poland, Tax ID (NIP): 5170376971, website: revas.pl
2. User – a person using the Newsletter service.
3. Newsletter – a service provided by the Provider to a User who has subscribed to the Newsletter and consented to its delivery.

3. Scope of the Newsletter

1. As part of the Newsletter, the User may receive information regarding:
   • new educational services and products,
   • webinars and in-person or online training sessions,
   • modern teaching tools,
   • teaching materials,
   • educational events, competitions, and projects,
   • news related to economic education, entrepreneurship, and new technologies.
2. As part of the Newsletter, the User may also receive information about other electronically supplied services offered by the Provider, including paid services.

4. Subscribing to the Newsletter

1. To subscribe to the Newsletter, the User must:
   • provide an email address in the sign-up form, and
   • accept these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
2. Users may also subscribe to the Newsletter while taking part in other activities organized by the Provider, by giving separate consent — via a dedicated checkbox — to receive marketing content and commercial offers.
3. After subscribing, the User may receive a confirmation email.
4. The agreement for the Newsletter service is concluded once the subscription has been successfully completed.

5. Unsubscribing from the Newsletter

1. Users may unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time.
2. Unsubscribing can be done by:
   • clicking the “Unsubscribe” link included in every newsletter email, or
   • sending an unsubscribe request to: kontakt@revas.pl.
3. Unsubscribing is free of charge and results in the Newsletter no longer being sent.

6. Personal Data

1. Personal data provided when subscribing to the Newsletter is processed in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy, available at: https://revas.pl/polityka-prywatnosci/
2. The data is used solely to provide the Newsletter service and to share information related to the Provider’s business activities.
3. To provide the Newsletter service, we collect only the User’s email address.

7. Final Provisions

1. The Organizer may amend these Terms and Conditions for valid reasons, in particular in the event of changes in applicable law or in the way the Newsletter service is provided.

3. These Terms and Conditions are effective as of the date of their publication.
